Focus mitts move, and a skilled feeder will send them flying back at you when
your hands drop.
The focus mitt is the most important peice of equiptment for developing ones
standup.

I box all the time and feel the focus mitts get you trying to punch THROUGH.
A heavier object that does not move will get you punching AT.

I have four heavybags hanging from my ceiling. But I only use em if no skilled
feeder is present.

Hitting the heavybag is more of a sissy thing than mitts.
First off it doesnt hit back, and secondly it doesnt set the pace.
